Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible non-customized items.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Customized & Branded Products
Due to the nature of our business, customized products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Returns or refunds for these items will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for eligible non-customized products, subject to stock availability.
Customized products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or order error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Emad Uniforms.
