Our minimum order quantity typically begins at 25 pieces per style per size — though this varies by product category. For highly customized commissions (bespoke silhouettes, proprietary fabrics), the minimum may be higher. Our atelier team will always advise the most economical configuration during consultation.

Standard commissions ship within 4–6 weeks from approval of the pre-production sample. Highly customized orders (bespoke fabric development, complex embroidery) may require 6–10 weeks. We maintain a rapid-response unit for urgent orders, available on a priority basis.

Our customization library includes embroidered insignia (up to 16-color threading), woven brand labels, sublimated prints, pantone-matched dyeing, custom buttons and hardware, bespoke piping, and complete silhouette engineering. Every brand element is archived in our client vault for consistent re-orders.

Every piece passes through a three-stage inspection protocol: post-cut, post-assembly, and pre-dispatch. Our Dura-Weave™ fabrics undergo independent laboratory testing for colorfastness, tensile strength, and wash cycle endurance. All commissions are backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
